Custom Molding

Often our customer will need a urethane, silicone, of rubber part to meet their needs. We will assist in all stage of part manufacturing, including compression, open cast, and other molding options to meet customer needs.

Prototype Work

You may need a working prototype before moving into low or high volume production. We will build your prototype and even preform production work if needed.

3D Work

We have no limitations on part design. We will design and build based on customer’s application and need. With access to up to 5 axis machining we have considerable in house capabilities.

Mold Building

HCM is able to Machine almost any mold to fit your needs. We design and Machine our molds on sight. This Cuts outsourcing cost and delivery schedule. We are equipped with the most up to date CNC software and Milling capability and hold the tightest of tolerances for production. A well designed and machined mold is essential to successful part production. We hold these standards to the Highest at HCM.
